Application and Maintenance

(1) Acceleration

Press control handlebar downward by thumb to accelerate.

(2) Safety drive

1.  Avoid lean on handlebar when accelerating or decelerating

2.  Stand with one foot ahead to stabilize driving process

Steer: drive like skiing or surfing skateboard, pay attention to traffic condition, not steer until road safety confirmed.

Brake: please keep barycenter backward, so you would better to mature barycenter control, or 2 conditions may occur: scooter turns over ahead with brake and steer system damaged.

3.  Store or charge not in accordance with application manual may result in battery degraded and unchargeable, which is not repairable.

(3) Battery

1.  This scooter equipped with imported battery, power of which is more sustainable, lighter and no memorable effect, with 1200 to 1500 charging cycles, 3 to 4 times that of ordinary battery.

2.  Please don’t operate electric drive when charging.

3.  Please don’t touch the substance that out of battery (batteries are shipped separately in accordance with specific region and country’s regulations).

2.  After-sale service process

If quality issue occurs, please contact customer service to consult or check scooter at respective service network and then decide whether return for repair is necessary. Purchasing certificate, receipt and warranty card are required for repair through returning product.

   Warranty card is the permission for repair service for free of charge, under the circumstance that series number on the warranty card is the same as that on the electric drive. Free repair period is subject to the earlier date stated on purchasing invoice and warranty card. In case no valid date stated, factory outgoing date prevails. Spare parts that are not eligible for the repair service. 

3.  All the items listed below are not quality issues that couldn’t enjoy warranty, dealers could charge repair costs for their services.

1.  Issues occur due to not respect manual;

2.  Normal wear, accident, abuse application, non-maintenance, improper assembly, part damage due to improper application;

3.  Replace parts without empowerment from service network;
